Supervisor style I am in for the fight of life with a harassment complaint through the Treasury Board Policy on harassment that I have lodged. It is normally a 4 month ordeal where "ALL" are heard. One of the complaints from staff whom have actively mobbed me with the help of this "Bully" Manager is my supervising style...I have had it brought up in several comments from upper management the Bully manager as well as my subordinates..Their accusation that I am too autocratic vs the bully.( Which is more a smoke screen) Any thoughts on how I should combat this. It just seems to me style has little to do with being mobbed.Any written materal or back ground advice would be helpful.
